TV stations boycott pool after Trump excludes CNN

Major US television networks refused to replace CNN in the rotating TV pool during Donald Trump's visit to New York after the White House excluded CNN from covering the president. As a result, the main TV pool did not operate during Trump's outing. CNN was originally to serve as the pool station, but the administration barred it from covering the president.
