Moody's downgrades Poland to A3, zloty remains stable

Rating agency Moody's downgraded Poland's long-term rating from A2 to A3 on Friday evening, citing persistent deterioration in public finances and rising debt servicing costs. The outlook was changed from negative to stable, which limits the risk of further cuts in the short term. Despite the downgrade, the zloty showed almost no reaction to the decision.
