Ukraine used Pelikan system in attack on Moscow; FP-7 missile debut?

During a mass attack on Moscow and Moscow region, Ukraine used among other weapons the Flamingo cruise missile and a system called Pelikan, which President Zelensky named. Analysts link Pelikan to the new FP-7 ballistic missile from Fire Point, though reports also suggest it could be a new drone. A potential combat debut of the FP-7 would significantly expand Ukraine's strike capabilities.
