Former Chinese military chief Zhang Youxia expelled from party for corruption

Zhang Youxia, former top military commander of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, was expelled from the Communist Party of China for accepting "exceptionally large" bribes. The same charges were brought against another general. The matter emerged during an investigation conducted by party inspectors.
