Luxembourg's oldest bank up for sale for roughly 2.5 billion euros

China's Legend Holdings wants to sell 90 percent of its stake in Banque Internationale à Luxembourg—the country's oldest bank. The Chinese acquired the stake 10 years ago and now value it at around 2.5 billion euros, according to the Financial Times.
