UOKiK fines pharmaceutical wholesalers over 904 million zlotys for price-fixing

The UOKiK president determined that four of Poland's largest pharmaceutical wholesalers exchanged information about current drug prices and trading conditions offered to pharmacies for over 10 years. For the price-fixing scheme, they were issued combined fines exceeding 904 million zlotys. This is among the largest antitrust penalties in the history of Poland's competition authority.
