FSB closes border zone with Estonia after dark; Tallinn warns of Russian attack within a year

Russia's FSB has imposed a ban on movement after dark in a five-kilometer border zone with Estonia until 26 September, in the shale and Kingiseppsky districts near the Narva river. Estonia is considering rapid closure of border crossings if Moscow announces general mobilization. Estonia's new defense minister assessed that Russia may attack Estonia within a year.
