FSB closes zone at Estonia border after dark; Tallinn warns of attack risk

Russian FSB introduced a ban on movement after dark in a five-kilometre zone at the Estonia border in the Slantsy and Kingisepp districts — restrictions are in force until 26 September. Estonia does not rule out quickly closing border crossings if Moscow announces general mobilization. Estonia's new Defence Minister assesses that Russia could attack the country within a year.
