Car vandal undone by reflective backpack
On 9 September 2026 just after midnight near Piotrków Trybunalski, a man spray-painted vulgar words in blue on a car's windows and hood, then punctured both front tyres before cycling away. A camera captured him wearing a distinctive reflective backpack. Later that day a local officer identified a 50-year-old from Piotrków Trybunalski carrying a blue spray can and a knife. He tested positive for nearly 2.3 per mille alcohol.
