Pentagon: Palantir AI contributed to death of 123 Iranian children

An unpublished Pentagon report examined the chain of decisions leading to a strike on a school in Minab, Iran, in which 123 children were killed. The investigation found that excessive reliance on the artificial intelligence system of Palantir was one of the factors that contributed to the tragedy.
