50 SIM apartments in Janów Lubelski, construction by 2028
A building with 50 units will be built in Janów Lubelski under the Social Housing Initiative. The project includes 10 two-room apartments (about 40 m²), 25 three-room apartments (49–62 m²) and 15 four-room apartments (60–66 m²); two units will be adapted for people with disabilities. Construction is to be completed in Q3 or Q4 2028, with applications opening soon. The site will have 75 parking spaces and a playground.
