Supreme Court to rule on when Constitutional Court rulings take effect
The Supreme Court will settle a dispute over when Constitutional Court rulings enter into force: whether they are binding from the moment announced by the Court, as the Court itself claims, or only from the date of publication in the Official Journal, which the government side refuses. The issue has practical significance for law enforcement in Poland.
