Poland to spend 2.8 billion zloty on IRIS2 satellites, government promises 5:1 return
Poland will allocate 2.8 billion zloty to join the IRIS2 satellite constellation, which is meant to strengthen the country's independence in space security, Vice Interior Minister Tomasz Szymański announced in parliament. The government says each zloty spent will generate 5 zloty in profit for the Polish economy. IRIS2 is a European program to build satellite infrastructure.
