Turkey proposes suspension of fighting in Black Sea to Ukraine and Russia

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said Saturday that Turkey has presented Ukraine and Russia with a proposal for a partial end to fighting in the Black Sea. Ankara is awaiting responses from both sides.
