Moldovan driver with 1.2 percent blood alcohol weaved through traffic

The incident occurred on September 16 in Dobra near Stryków. Officers traveling off-duty noticed an Opel weaving and stopped the driver at a red light. A breathalyzer test showed the 32-year-old Moldovan had over 1.2 percent blood alcohol. He faces up to three years in prison.
