Die Welt: Tusk deliberately escalates Russia warnings to pressure NATO allies

German newspaper Die Welt notes that Donald Tusk and his government are issuing increasingly specific warnings about Russian escalation. According to the paper, the prime minister has two goals: to alert Polish society and to pressure NATO allies to increase their commitment to defending the eastern flank.
