Ukraine formally appeals for closure of Russian cultural centers worldwide

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrij Sybiha formally appealed to governments worldwide to close Russian cultural centers operating abroad. Sybiha stated that Europe cannot be a venue for promotion of Russian war propaganda by institutions actively destabilizing the West. This is the first such official and coordinated appeal by the Ukrainian government on this matter.
