National Security Bureau: Russia likely to intensify Ukraine attacks in fall and winter
The National Security Bureau warns that Russia will probably intensify military operations against Ukraine in the autumn and winter period. Maj. Gen. Adam Rzeczkowski reported that since September, attacks by Russian services on European infrastructure — railways, bridges and border crossings — supporting aid deliveries to Ukraine have been observed. The Bureau assesses that blocking this aid is Russia's overriding goal in Europe, and after failing to cut off financing, Moscow has moved to destroying infrastructure.
