InPost takeover bid ends: investors tender 89.81% of shares

In the InPost share tender offer that closed Friday, investors tendered 448,981 shares, representing 89.81% of the company's capital. The acquisition of InPost, valued at approximately 33 billion zloty, could be finalized soon. It is one of the largest transactions in Polish business history.
