24°C this weekend, then fronts, rain and snow in mountains

The coming weekend will bring warm weather to Poland — in some places temperatures will reach 24–25°C. The calm will not last long: weather fronts will move in, bringing rain and stronger winds. Snow is expected even in the mountains.
