Car chop shop in Wołomin county: three car thieves dismantling Toyotas in forest
Police in Wołomin county found a white Toyota without registration plates in a forest, stolen the same night from Białołęka. When three men arrived by van to dismantle it for parts, officers moved in. Two suspects tried to drive away, and the driver attempted to hit a policeman; the third fled into the forest and then attacked the pursuing officer. One policeman suffered facial injuries; a dismantled second Toyota was also found on a nearby property.
