Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys confirmed that Lithuania has the same intelligence data that Prime Minister Donald Tusk mentioned. According to that information, the Kremlin plans hybrid strikes with drones and missiles against countries supporting Ukraine. Tusk warned that late autumn and winter will be a critical moment of the war.
