Expert: Putin uses against Ukraine the same pattern USSR used against Poland in 1939
On September 17, 1939, at 3 a.m., Moscow informed the Polish ambassador that Poland had ceased to exist, and the Red Army attacked a country already fighting Germany — the aggression was called "protection of the population."
