Six arrested in Silesian waste mafia investigation

Officers from the Economic Crime Division of the Katowice Regional Police Headquarters, working with the Silesian Customs and Tax Office, arrested six people aged 41–56 suspected of participating in illegal waste dumping. Investigators searched about a dozen company offices involved in illegal waste trafficking. The National Prosecutor's Office in Katowice is overseeing the investigation.
