Health minister confirms mandatory HPV vaccinations from 2027

The health minister reaffirmed plans to introduce mandatory HPV vaccinations for children and young people starting January 1, 2027. Vaccinations will be administered through the existing mandatory vaccination schedule. The goal is to eliminate HPV-caused cancers, including cervical cancer, throat cancer, and head and neck cancer.
