Sirens and school evacuations on fire in Podkarpacie: parents furious over lack of plan

After RCB alarms and sirens sounded in the Leska region of Podkarpacie, the military scrambled fighter jets and schools halted lessons to evacuate students. Residents believed an attack had occurred — "we thought the war had started," one father said. No attack took place on Polish territory. Parents have criticized the evacuation's organization, pointing to a "complete lack of foresight" by school authorities.
