Prosecutor opens investigation into manipulation of Constitutional Court composition under Przyłębska
The National Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into abuse of authority at the Constitutional Court. The inquiry was initiated by a complaint from the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, which alleges unlawful changes to judicial panels between 2015–2020. Investigators will examine whether then-president Julia Przyłębska and other judges manipulated panel composition to obtain politically desired rulings.
