Russia holds three-day parliamentary elections with no anti-war parties

Russia began a three-day parliamentary election for the State Duma on Friday, September 18, starting in the Far East and concluding Sunday evening. The vote will determine 450 seats in parliament. No party opposing the war in Ukraine appears on the ballot.
