Pentagon considers withdrawing 25,000 troops from Europe

Reuters reported that the Pentagon is reviewing U.S. military presence in Europe and analyzing an option to withdraw roughly 25,000 troops. About 80,000 American service members are currently stationed on the continent. A potential reduction would cut forces by nearly a third.
