Forecast: winter 2026/2027 expected to be mild, December warmer than normal

The latest weather forecasts suggest that winter in Poland at the turn of 2026 and 2027 will be considerably milder than the previous one. December is expected to be noticeably warmer than the climate norm. The previous winter season brought severe frosts and temperatures in some places below -20°C.
