Łęczyca: brothers abused dogs, dead puppy found

Police in Łęczyca detained two brothers — a 49-year-old and a 51-year-old — suspected of animal cruelty. Three neglected dogs and a dead puppy were seized from their property. Both men have been charged; animal cruelty carries a sentence of up to 5 years imprisonment.
