U.S. Congress passes Russia sanctions with tariffs up to 100%: EU at risk

The U.S. House of Representatives passed legislation on Wednesday imposing sanctions on Russia and tariffs on goods from countries buying Russian oil and gas; the Senate had approved it earlier. The new law gives President Trump authority to impose tariffs of up to 100%, including on European Union countries.
