Man posing as businessman arrested while signing loan for 95,000 zlotys
A 45-year-old submitted forged business documents to a Warsaw bank, including a 2025 tax return showing inflated income of zero zlotys actual revenue, along with fake confirmations of transfers to the tax office. Police arrested him as he came to sign a 95,000 zloty credit agreement. A 26-year-old was also detained for allegedly persuading an older man to commit the crime and providing him with forged documents.
