Krakow: drunk 19-year-old spraying graffiti, baseball bats and weapon found in car

On September 7 around 6 a.m. in Krakow, an off-duty police officer noticed a man spraying graffiti on a building facade. When the 19-year-old got into an Audi and tried to drive away without responding to the officer's commands, he caused a collision with a municipal police vehicle. A breathalyzer showed nearly 0.1% blood alcohol, and a drug tester detected narcotics. Baseball bats, sticks and other dangerous items were found in the car.
