Epstein victims sue DOJ over tens of thousands of CSAM videos
Two sexual abuse survivors filed a class action lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice, accusing it of failing to notify dozens of victims found in Jeffrey Epstein's collection. Starting in 2025, the FBI began reviewing "tens of thousands of videos" containing illegal child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and an FBI memo confirmed the seized materials include a large set of images depicting presumably minor individuals. Epstein had been collecting such materials since the 1990s; approximately 15–20 known images have been identified among them.
