European Parliament: Russia is EU's biggest source of hybrid threats

The European Parliament adopted a report warning of intensified hybrid operations against the European Union. MEPs identified Russia as the most serious state source of such threats, acting also through Belarus and other entities. The resolution called for heightened vigilance and better coordinated defence within the EU.
