Israeli defense minister: resuming Gaza war is only a matter of time

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said on Wednesday that a full-scale military operation in the Gaza Strip will resume — it is only a matter of time. He also announced a possible implementation of a "migration" plan, which would involve about 2 million Palestinian residents leaving the Gaza Strip.
