Norwegian intelligence: foreign state used Norway for cyberattack on Ukraine

Norwegian intelligence agency E-tjenesten revealed Wednesday that an entity acting on behalf of a foreign state exploited Norwegian infrastructure to conduct a cyber operation outside the country's borders. Ukrainian authorities were among the targets. The agency did not disclose which state was behind the operation.
