Fraud victims in Clean Air program to receive new grants

Parliamentary commissions nearly unanimously backed a special bill allowing people harmed by dishonest thermal modernization firms to apply for new grants under the "Clean Air" program. The law also suspends debt collection from defrauded beneficiaries and shifts claims burden to dishonest contractors. The government support package totals over 550 million zloty.
