20-year-old hid from police, found with 49g of marijuana

Police from the Prevention Unit in Białystok detained a 20-year-old who tried to hide in a car when he saw officers. Officers smelled marijuana and noticed the man's dilated pupils. A small amount was found in his backpack, and a service dog discovered a larger quantity hidden in the vehicle — over 49 grams of marijuana in total. The Białystok resident was charged with possession of a significant amount of drugs; he faces up to 10 years in prison.
