Fiscal Council: NFZ may face 16bn zloty shortfall next year

The Fiscal Council warns that the National Health Fund may lack approximately 16 billion zlotys next year. Despite record state budget grants, rising healthcare spending does not balance with revenue. The Council says the situation poses serious risks to public finances.
