Minimum wage to rise to 4950 zlotys gross from January 2027

A regulation published 15 September in the Journal of Laws sets the minimum wage at 4950 zlotys gross and the minimum hourly rate at 32.30 zlotys from 1 January 2027. The current minimum wage is 4806 zlotys gross, with an hourly rate of 31.40 zlotys. Trade unions demanded at least 5200 zlotys; employers backed the government proposal. The Social Dialogue Council reached no agreement.
