Cigarette smuggling by balloon: two men arrested, 3,000 packs seized

Police detained two men suspected of smuggling cigarettes using a meteorological balloon. A total of 3,000 packs of contraband were secured. The men were spotted driving onto a private property to collect the smuggled goods — both were remanded in custody for 3 months.
