Permanent US base in Lower Silesia: Wrocław and Oleśnica under consideration

Lower Silesia is among the most seriously considered locations for a permanent US military base in Poland, according to money.pl's conversation with regional governor Paweł Gancarzec. Wrocław and Oleśnica are being reviewed. A decision could come as soon as September; the base would mean 5,000 soldiers and investments worth billions of złoty.
