Polish diplomatic offensive: Tusk heads to Kyiv, Kosiniak-Kamysz to Washington
In response to growing fears of Russian escalation, Poland is launching a parallel diplomatic offensive — Prime Minister Donald Tusk is traveling to Kyiv, Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz to Washington, and President Karol Nawrocki to the Middle East. The authorities are seeking to internationalize the issue of airspace protection over NATO's eastern flank. Plans also include strengthening border checkpoints and equipping them with shelters.
