Piasek Śląskie resident hospitalized after trying to stop drunk driver

A 38-year-old from Piekar Śląskie noticed a Renault driving in a zigzag pattern that had damaged two cars — suspecting the driver was under the influence of alcohol, he decided to stop him. The action ended like a stunt film scene: the witness ended up in hospital, and the 37-year-old drunk driver was only apprehended in Katowice.
