Up to 180 liters of rain per square meter in Europe: flash flood risk

In the coming days, parts of Europe will be hit by intense rainfall — locally as much as 180 liters of water per square meter may fall, creating serious risk of flooding and flash floods. Poland is also expecting rainfall, but significantly weaker than in other parts of the continent.
