Off-duty officer stops Ukrainian man stealing ATM codes

A police officer from Wrocław-Psie Pole station, heading to work, noticed a man behaving suspiciously at an ATM and detained him. The 27-year-old Ukrainian citizen was involved in a fraud scheme using ATM withdrawal codes. The man has been remanded in custody.
