Russia plans tests of ballistic missile with 800 km range

Ukrainian military intelligence reported that Russia is planning tests of a new ballistic missile with a range of up to 800 km. Defense expert Tom Karako noted that tests may take place in western Ukraine and warned of possible "surprises in the terminal phase of flight" that could create serious problems for Kyiv.
