Żory: Intoxicated parents with 3-year-old, mother had 3.5 per mille

On Saturday evening in Żory, a witness stopped a couple of Ukrainian citizens exiting a taxi with a small child — both could barely stand. The 36-year-old woman had nearly 3.5 per mille, and her 34-year-old partner over 3.5 per mille of alcohol. The nearly three-year-old child was handed to family emergency care. The couple also had a 14-year-old daughter.
